3 Apps Every Student Should Get on their Phone Right Now

They say there’s a solution for every problem a student faces. Some suggest it’s to study harder. Others will tell you to use different techniques. But no one ever gives students a definite solution they can rely on. That’s why most of them struggle so much! They push themselves harder to overcome their challenges without much support to get them through the tough parts of their course. And so they score poor grades.

But what if we could change the way students work? Suppose it was possible to fix the problem? That would be great, wouldn’t it? Fortunately, I do have a solution for students in the UK that will do just that! It will make things easier.

    How?

With a piece of technology that we all use every day!

    I’m talking about smartphones!

Everyone, even essay writers, has a phone in their pocket, and they use it all the time. So, I’m sure you have one too. But did you know you can transform it into a tool to improve your grades? Yes, it’s possible! You just need to download the right software. That’s why I’m focusing on the best apps students should get. That way, you’ll navigate your semester a lot easier.

    So, let’s begin!

The Reason Why Using Phones and Software Can Improve Your Grades

Since the dawn of time, we have used technology to advance ourselves. Just look at the world around you, and you can see it everywhere. It’s the lights in your home, the electricity that powers them, and even the device on which you’re reading this. That’s what technology does. It’s a set of tools that help us perform tasks more efficiently. But it also helps us discover new techniques to improve our current living standards.

That’s why I think students should rely on smartphones. After all, they offer many great features. For instance, they allow you to connect to the internet, access information, take pictures, take notes, record videos, and more. So, it’s basically a computer in the palm of your hand. But most students don’t see it that way. Instead, they think of phones as tools for entertainment and fun.

But to an out expert like myself, the students using their smartphones for fun is like a caveman who doesn’t use fire to survive. That’s why I have a list of apps you can use. Check out the list below for more details about the ones we recommend.

3 Apps Every Student Should Get

Countless tools are available to students while using their Android devices or iPhones. You just need to download them and use them effectively. So, here are the ones we recommend:

    1) Evernote

The first app we recommend students download is Evernote. As the name suggests, it’s all about note-taking. But there’s a good reason why we recommend it to students. Firstly, most students have to take notes during their semester. It’s a very important step. But doing so can be difficult when all your notes are physical. After all, you can lose them and have trouble organising them. That’s why it’s best to get an app like this!

Evernote allows you to take notes on the go on your phone. So it’s a great virtual alternative to the physical one. But it also brings several other benefits. For instance, you can sync your data across devices. That means your work can always have a backup even if you forget your phone. Then, students can ensure their work is grammatically correct thanks to built-in autocorrect features. And finally, it can even help you organise your documents. You can use features like tags to keep them categorised properly. So, check out the app for better note-taking!

    2) Canva

The second is an app called Canva. It’s a design tool to help you create anything you want. Need to make a diagram? Want a chart with statistics and figures? It can do all of that. But my personal recommendation is for students to use it while making presentations. This is because the app has ready-made designs for any presentation you can want. Additionally, you can use built-in fonts, icons, and illustrations to add a personal flair to the design.

With Canva, students don’t need to spend hours developing presentations and slideshows. Instead, they can choose and customise from thousands of free templates. That’s right! I said free. So, check out this app, up your design game, and complete your slides before everyone else does!

    3) Microsoft To-Do

Our third app is all about improving your efficiency as a student by allowing you to focus on all your tasks. All you need is a simple to-do list to track what you need to remember. That way, you can ensure each daily task gets done without missing a single one.

Microsoft To Do may seem like a waste of time. But that’s not true. Instead, it offers students a great way forward. For example, many students have classes, lectures, exams, assignments, essays and personal commitments. So, it can become hard to remember, prioritise, and work fast. However, a to-do list app like Microsoft’s can help you organise every task and sort them in order of importance.

    Honourable Mentions

Our team recommends every student use the three apps above. However, a few others would fit into the honourable mentions. Check them out below:

    • Amazon: Allows students to make shopping easier by delivering everything they need to their doorstep.
    • Office Lens: Makes scanning and converting real documents into digital ones easy using your phone’s camera.
    • Minecraft: Boosts your creativity thanks to the gameplay involving building and architecture.
    • Study Blue Flashcards: Trains your brain using the best memorisation technique.

What to Do If Smartphone Apps Are Not Your Solution

If you’re a student who’s tried every possible combination of apps to improve your grades, that’s okay. Good job! But we understand if you feel they’re not the right solution. Besides, you don’t need to rely on apps for good grades. Instead, you can try online websites for that.

There are many platforms where students can go and ask, “Can I get someone to write my essay right now?” For example, UK Essay Writers’ write my essay UK services are available online. You can access our website from your phone to order help with academic writing. We make it easier for students who need support.

Our services include writing, editing, sample papers, proofreading, consultations, and guides for writing your essay. So, head over to our website if you need immediate academic support.

    Conclusion

This covers all the apps and tools we have for students’ smartphones today. We hope you find them interesting and helpful. After all, each one targets different aspects of student problems. For example, some focus on time management. Others prove to be more reliable than existing methods. And some are just easier to work with when doing daily tasks yourself.

That’s why we recommend students give them a try. But remember, these are not the only options out there. You can try other apps too. Or just use services like ours that don’t require you to download a thing. Then, you’ll have no worries about A+ grades.
